Anything's possible but don't hold your breath waiting for them to contact you, Steve. There was a blog up until a year or so back with a whole litany of consumer complaints against TD. Tiger Direct sicked its lawyers on the registrar and got the domain name "tigerdirectsucks" switched over to their ownership. I believe it now just redirects to their main site. I guess it's cheaper to shut the critics up than it is to fix the problem. I only lost $50 in my scrape with TD (and lots of wasted time). There are good alternatives out there. I've been pleased with NCIX thus far.

Hmm... I don't know. I just got through a marathon Rogers day of disappointment on Monday. I still think they're king.

Long live the King!
