Modern Day Delilah
The first track of KISS’ new studio album Sonic Boom (first one in 11 years) Modern Day Delilah came out this week. KISS claimed that they were going for a “classic Destroyer-era sound” and after a couple listens it’s not bad… but not as awesome as I was expecting after all the hype about vintage gear, no outside songwriters and Paul Stanley producing. Either way — looks like their won’t be a vinyl release initially but I’ll still be there at WalMart (barf) with my fellow KISS fans on October 6th to pick it up on CD.
P.S. Also… Gene… can you please make sure Vancouver is on the fall tour schedule? Thanks.
